    Pros

    Flexible hours, free gym membership, friendly coworkers.

    Cons

    It can be a bit disorganized, sometimes corporate would randomly implement new pool rules without much warning or reason and guests would become frustrated with the lifeguards. Other times we were understaffed which was a con.

    -working with kids! -coworkers were easy to get along with -free gym membership

    Cons

    -After working there for over a year managers kept avoiding my performance review so when I asked for a raise they could say “I haven’t done your performance review yet”. -Difficult to get certain shifts covered if you need a day off

    You're never bored at work! There is always something to be done to keep busy. Great company values and awesome free gym membership.
