- Good exposure and a diverse working environment -Fair salaries -Strengthens contacts with other donors and key positions in the government.
Cons
- Unfair Policy and contracts for locally employed staff -Limited training modules -No career advancement - Authority and decision making is always given to the head office - So many young people working in Frankfurt whom needs more time to work in this kind of position. Sometimes all is a little bit untidy.
