      they have a good "face" or mask to present, everything seems to be going well, the people seem to be caring, knowledgeable, and attentive, the company seems to have a lot going on for their employees and clients

      Cons

      it's all a show, they don't care about keeping or developing good employees. lots of immaturity and drama. management is the definition of nepotism

      Pros

      There are some great individuals who works there! If you want a strict 8-5 job with minimal overtime and do just enough to complete your work - this is the place for you!

      Cons

      President and upper management practices favoritism and each have their own pet employees who will seem to get away with everything. No room for growth unless you are willing to kiss up to management or are friends with the directors or president. No room for growth!

      We agree that we have great individuals who work at KTimeHR! Our overtime is limited to facilitate better work/life balance. All of our team members are always willing to help out other departments to complete any work or support their co-workers. Some positions have more flexibility than others due to the nature of the position. As for favoritism... you’re absolutely correct. We favor EVERYONE who works here with unique celebrations, parties, lunches, book club, monthly raffles, time off, and many other fun activities. As for room for growth, within any company, the team members who grow the most are the ones with positive, can-do attitudes; show great initiative; build good relationships; and produce excellent work.
