I worked at KPMG full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Great Company with a superb set of international business templates and processes on call. Excellent Global Support, with access to industry sector knowledge and general support. Very good NZ presence.

    Cons

In all large Consulting firms a key factor is keeping the core delivery consultants well looked after and rewarded. The primary rewards go to business development consultants and those delivering projects to market are too often overlooked in ongoing promotion. Integration and new work references from the Audit Practice should continue to improve.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work in Market in NZ. Identify top performing Customer Delivery Consultants and honour them with equivalent compensation to business Development Consultants.
