All the rest. Culture based in fear. They sell a "netflix-ish" environment, but the reality is that you will feel like a slave working there. You will have afraid to get your vacation days, because the deadlines are COMPLETELY unrealistic, and you have to work your on weekend to deliver in time. No respect for your life outside work. Working 12 hours per day is extremely common. I've worked from 5am to 9pm once. I skipped the whole Easter holiday once, working the whole holiday (including the weekend and both holidays). I really have a lot of examples of this, but I think you get the idea ;D And I remember to heard the CEO saying in a major meeting with every single employee that he doesn't care about the engineers because the app doesn't give him any profit. His head works like this: If you give him profit, then you worth something. Otherwise, he doesn't care at all about you.

Managers: Management is terrible! Mine was a badly trained manager, not very nice people! & rude sometimes. Bad at all levels; communication, people management & feedback! Overworked regularly! Too much work being demanded and not being reflected in pay that is lower than market rate. You don't get bad for your almost daily overtime! On-boarding doesn't exist! U re just asked by bad managers to start working from day 1 using tools and processes u 're not used to! and ask questions while discovering it! a terrible approach! Micromanagement: You will be micromanaged, chased and watched at all times. Turnover: Every week we have people leaving and later other joining as a back fill which is not normal for a company with less then 100 employees. Company culture: It only exit as a page in the website. No culture at all.
