Pros

There is a great culture. People who work here, really want to be here. Org health surveys are consistently being done, and overall scores are pretty great. I've worked in many nonprofit organizations over my career, and can say that it is not only a great place to work, but you will feel very tied to the mission and the work being done.

Cons

None that I can think of after my first year.
