The company seems to prioritize profit and reputation over the well-being of its offshore employees. Support has significantly declined—no salary increases, bonuses, or meaningful promotions. When raises do occur, they feel more like token gestures than real recognition. Some onshore leaders engage in micromanagement that negatively impacts productivity and mental health. It's especially concerning when individuals in key roles, such as architects, lack the expertise expected of them—often deferring client questions to developers instead of providing solutions themselves. Recently, a wave of layoffs was poorly handled, and the remaining team was met with insincere attempts at morale boosting that felt more like damage control than genuine appreciation.
