      Pros

      There are no pros. One of the worst jobs I’ve had.

      Cons

      I was hired as a designer and forced to do another job I had no idea how to do on the machines I’d never touched and then they were pissed I couldn’t do it quickly. Buck up and find another design job. It’s not worth it even temporarily. I dreaded work.

      Good way to get experienced, bad way to make money

      Pros

      Not too difficult and you are expected to work efficiently but within reason. You'll feel right at home I guess if you're from Sri Lanka.

      Cons

      If you have any background in design, you're looking into the wrong place. Getting paid minimum wage to design high ticket items like business cards and vehicle wraps is humiliating. Also, disorganization can lead to additional stress.

      Lots of Learning but can get crazy

      Like a crash-course in everything production related. Very nice owner If you're into design you will gain a lot of knowledge about all the cool things you can create

      Cons

      -Sometimes chaotic and random workload -Doing customer service while being responsible for production can be tricky without trying to quickly end conversations.
