Pros
Co workers, good exposure to offshoring model, great way to learn what not to do.
Cons
Short sighted management, rotates every couple years. Decisions made without thinking long term, just what can get noticed while on rotation. Always reactive instead of proactive. Company doesn't treat employees well, OK benefits, but doesn't give yearly cost of living increases and always takes the cheap route. Outdated systems and infrastructure. Wipro is too cheap to do things right. Always short cut solutions. Incredibly high turnover. Continued movement of positions to India and shrinking of US team. Your ceiling is pretty limited unless you are from India. No real path for advancement.
