Pros

1 extra day off per month probably to make up for the insane OT you have to do??? Can’t think of anything else

Cons

Managers scream at you in meeting rooms where there are no cameras 0 HR support. One colleague I worked with opened a HR case against a managers abuse & it was closed down within less than 12 hours by the company Insanely high turnover Rob Tadros thinks has a god complex. You literally own an agency. Forced ‘fun’ and camera & video camera in your face at work events to make content that looks like the employees are treated well EVERYTIME there is a bad review here they make staff leave good reviews Get in trouble for taking legal 15 minute brain breaks in the arvo Didn’t pay my recruiter One of the worst places I’ve ever worked

Fast paced environment - micro management

Pros

* 1 day off per month * Fast-paced workplace where one account manager/specialist manages huge amount of clients.

Cons

*Sales team consistently overpromises to win clients, setting unrealistic expectations that ultimately lead to disappointment when reality doesn’t match what was sold. *Micromanagement is at a level I’ve never encountered elsewhere in the industry. Leadership seems almost paranoid about every minute of your time. *Overtime is technically “voluntary,” but the sheer volume of work makes it anything but optional. *With one specialist stretched across too many clients, the goal isn’t delivering great outcomes — it’s just keeping things from completely falling apart. Overall, it’s a good place to build your portfolio but don’t expect much time to develop your skills the right way. It's NOT that IMPRESSIVE!

Pros

Free day off every month Great culture if you like a drink.

Cons

Overworked, micromanaging, favouritism, average salaries. Poor sales team, client's are overpromised, leading to high turnover and lost bonuses.
