Pros

-Trained thoroughly -Easy work -Staff discount -Some staff I worked with were good people

Cons

-Basically minimum wage -Entitled and rude clientele (at least at my location) -Major nepotism, you'll see a lot of family members or friends of founders get promoted over more qualified people who get treated like they are expendable -Only higher ups get meal stipend -Expensive food even with discount. -Creepy constant audits of performance, fear based management
