-Great work life balance -Great training -Decent pay for an entry level job -Good benefits -Targets are realistic and lots of support

Cons

-It feels awkward to talk to new people and is very corporate so you have to watch what you say. -Job security, feels like it is very easy to mess up and loose your job, I have seen so many people fail probation period.
