Great benefits except health insurance. It's costly and disappointing, especially for being a health insurance company. Team collaboration. Good people.

Cons

Job stability..... there's constant change and riffs often. Don't count on getting a career there. Don't trust anyone.

Good 401k, salary. Remote work is common

Cons

Company is very dishonest. They acquired my company in 2023 and promised everyone would have a job. 7 months later they laid off over 40 top leaders who made significant contributions over the years. They are very focused on money over people and not the hard working employees who are making a difference in the clients' lives.
