To weekly meetings, the CEO brings a speaking toy with him he calls the "nonsense detector". The toy says "Nonsense!" upon pressing a button. Said toy is activated in front of the entire team each time he doesn't like a verbal contribution during the meeting. It's a surreal and sad experience. His actual nickname for the toy contains, just as what the toy itself says, profanity. I substituted the name and the spoken line with a safe for work synonym. You're also required to wear house shoes in the office space, street shoes are not allowed.
