It's very satisfying to help the customers and save them money, everything you need for the job is provided by the company.
Cons
All journey time is unpaid, sometimes this is up to 4 hr per day plus working your shift. Job planning is sometimes poor and journey time between jobs is not taken into account leaving unhappy customers.
Poor pay. No chance of progression. Not paid to travel between jobs. Long distances to jobs and poorly organised putting pressure on technicians. Profits over people.
