Pros

* growing Company with much more room to expand * everyone works hard and constantly building ways to improve * the team makes time to socially engage online given the remote work necessities * diverse group of people, interests (especially dogs), and locales * flexible company policies for personal and professional reasons * fair compensation * ability to work on projects that interest you * ongoing drive of the leadership to be transparent with the team

Cons

* can get distracted if you don't hold yourself accountable * is a sink or swim type start so requires a self-starter attitude (no hand holding here) * remote work can be challenging so it requires honest open communication of what support you need from your team * have to be more decisive about your own self growth and what you want to learn
