Pros
None unless your in what they call "management" You can make it far if your a friend or family.
Cons
Doesn't require any education, Barely any room for advancement, the only benefit is the insurance that cost the employee a lot of money out of their weekly pay check, and of course the pay. Everyone actually doing the work is so under paid, while others sit in the office and do nothing but get paid more. The 401K is pointless because you can contribute but the company match is 0%
