    Quiet hospital located in the suburbs, not too busy, brand new building, clean, nice lobby with grand piano, fire place, ample parking space, Starbucks, Tim Hortons

    Lack of coordination, regular updates and support from management to staffs

    Part-time hours provide great work-life balance. Work with great like-minded people.

    Cons

    Management could be better. They say they listen and will do their best. I'm sure they do their best, but still feels like we are not heard.
