    I worked at HSBC Holdings

    Pros

Huge organisation with lots of career opportunities both at home and abroad Strong brand and history with a distinctive international feel Colleagues behave in a polite and cooperative manner and there is a general willingness to do the right thing and get things done. Slightly less politics, back stabbing and aggressive culture when compared to Barclays and RBS (IMO).

    Cons

Its size takes time to navigate and naturally change and decision making takes far longer as a result. Internally HSBC stands for "How Simple Becomes Complicated".
