Not a safe place for women

Pros

Nice facilities. Right off the freeway.

Cons

It's a predatory environment. Young women will be made to feel very uncomfortable by senior staff. Especially the c-level executives. The founders are megalomaniacs and lie to their employees about the company, it's trajectory and culture. Their financial practices are also very questionable. Do not take any financial advice from anyone in their finance department. They missed their chance at getting sold and are constantly reinventing themselves to appear more marketable. Women-DO NOT WORK HERE!

Pros

Great coworkers. Free lunch Monday through Friday. Company is moving to a new facility, will improve work conditions/environment. Company will go public in near future.

Cons

No recognition for hard work. Fake "open communication" environment. Unapproachable management team. Too many chiefs, left hand knows not what the right hand is doing.

Pros

Decent benefits, pre-covid lunches were nice. Not much else. Your experience will depend vastly on which team you are on.

Cons

Little to no respect for employee's work-life balance. Bare minimum acknowledgment from upper management of major milestones. (Fist bump mentions are superficial). Folks barely use PTO and end up cashing out. COVID19 response: There was a divide regarding accommodations for folks with families versus those who don't. Essentially no support for single employees. Expect contact 24/7, your job description can and will change without notice, and the scope of demands will increase without review. Middle management are "yes men" (and most are married white men) that do not push back and provide bad news to upper management leading to needlessly aggressive deadlines. Micromanaging is common which is basically a symptom of bad management. There is a stark contrast in diversity from lower-level employees and upper management.
