      What once was great is no more

      Pros

      Great Benifits. Salary was ok. It was interesting to see how some foods were actually created and to be part off the testing process.

      Cons

      Back stabbing co-workers and managers that have no idea what is going on and can't see the problem in front of them. I speak specifially of the IT organization, One person in that organization that everyone hates is leading the managers and VP around by the nose and getting them to do his bidding. If you're in IT stay well away from this group unless you like constant negativity and insults making for a terrible work envrionment.

      Great Company, but bad management

      Pros

      The company really cares about it's people and people in other departments than the one I came from are great and really care about the company and each other.

      Cons

      My manager had very poor management skills and expected things to be done when there was NO clear direction on allot of tasks given my way. Other people on the team were difficult to work with and everyone was overwhelmed beyond capacity. Management just didn't care about the person, only the work getting done.

      Good health insurance. Decent perks most people are very friendly

      Cons

      Pay is below industry average. Nepotism is rampant. No way to get pay increases unless you are one of the favorites. Massive workload. Incompetent and unprofessional middle managers. No forward thinking Don't like to promote from within Some people are untouchable and can do anything
