No plans for major transitions, projects not thought through, often wrong staff involved. Do not recommend.
Pros
Remote possibilities, coworkers and clients from prior to company being purchased by GH. Nothing good/pro during the acquisition.
Cons
HR, IT administration very poor. Admins don't listen to SMEs. Many executives are untrustworthy. Execs promise things (reviews, raises, a decent network, clients coming on board, etc.), they never happen. Exec gets raise/promotion after botching a major migration, while others clean up the mess and get nothing. Owner/President seems to have no idea how some execs treat their staff. Company WILL outsource any job possible to overseas - billing, reimbursement, IT, project work, testers, etc. Some execs treat those they aren't fond of very poorly. Talk of mistakes or things that didn't go well (as a learning tool/debriefing, to do better next time) is not acceptable.
