Pros
I get to learn and also grow in my work environment. I love my job because it gives me room to grow and also learn from my mistakes. I look forward to going to work every day because I see my team as family and I am also treated as one. Everyone is very respective and also when help is needed all you need to do is ask and someone will assist you which is awesome. I get the opportunity to learn, develop, grow, and also share my knowledge which is great.
Cons
No cons because in the work environment mistakes are made but so far as you learn from it that's the most important aspect.

Collegial, talented, and fun team. Commitment to the craft of designing and developing software. Constantly shipping new product. Investment in user experience research and in employee professional development.
Cons
Smaller team means fewer people to learn from and bounce ideas off of.
