Avoid if you are independent and ready to move-up in your career
Pros
They have a great internal website that has literally everything you could need. It is well organized and easy to navigate. They take being sick seriously and encourage work from home so you don't get others sick.
Cons
Working here was not for me. The pay is low and they give their employees a very tight leash. They only trust people who have worked there 15-20 years. Most people who work there are lifers and have not worked outside of the firm; this results in tunnel vision and "we've always done it like this" mentality. If you are motivated and ready to get promoted within a few years, look elsewhere. They don't promote people unless you've been there for at least 10 years. There were serious racial issues present and an alarming presentation that wasn't stopped with serious discrimination in it.
