The CEO is honestly the worst thing that can happen to the company. It is almost more than a decade old company, with next to zero growth rate all because of the greedy CEO. Her only focus is on how to loot the clients and cheat her own employees.
Especially, if you are still new in your professional career, do not make the mistake of joining here. They will soak all the enthusiasm and zeal out of you. You will work on ideas that they will never allow to grow and anything that might require even the smallest amount of investment will never be granted. They want everything free of cost.
And after all this, you are the one who is tagged a "wash out" and "waste of company resources". That too they do not have the audacity to do on your face. They will say what a major asset you are to the company and behind your back, they will defame you (and sadly the mastermind behind all of this is the CEO)
Most people come to their senses within a week of joining the company.
If by some sad reason you get stuck here, do not make the mistake of serving notice. You are never going to get paid for the duration you have served here. Nor is it worth it to go through that extra torture. Leave as soon as possible.
