One free drink during your shift. Not bad if you're looking for a grind. The boss's new assistant seems to be getting in and improving things. Hopefully things are looking up for this branch.

Cons

If you're a hard worker, they'll keep adding on responsibilities until you're burnt out. If you're a hard worker, you'll be told (not asked) to stay late, even if you tell them that you can't. Manager can be overbearing at times. Employees are shown little respect and often talked about behind closed doors by management. Students on payroll don't get raises or overtime pay, even if you work there for years. Training is almost nonexistent.

Uphill battle to constantly bend over backwards with absolutely no appreciation. Blind to management complete lack of leadership.
