Regarding the breaks as someone already mentioned, 1st of all, these are not your regular 9 - 5 jobs. There is a reason why we call them special events. There are just that, special.some people come to work and they think they are on a picnic. You have half hour to eat. Not including time to walk there and back. Don't bring food to warm up, bring a sandwich or something. Got to be a boy scout. Also the reason we don't rotate positions is because although you may feel you're not doing anything, I assure you that every position is important. The team is only as strong as it's weakest link. Also some positions come with alot of explanations. So having to re explain everytime a position is switch, not to mention last minute changes from production and artist or back up for medical emergencies. ......... there's always something going on even if you don't see or hear it. Once you get on board this train u on it till the end of the line, so while you enjoy the ride, be productive. Do your part. Tuff it out, it's no picnic.
