The CEO (Saiful Shumon) is a complete jerk. He will keep smile on his face and delivered useless statement when the employee will ask to something and then he used to confessed like "There is some issue to resolve or We have some internal issues to resolved " ** Even though there is no HR in this organization, ** Every month, they used to postpone salary payments until the 18th or 19th of the following month. ** Until now, they did not pay us for three months, and while we (all employees) asked for our due salaries again, the CEO confessed, "I will pay you all soon." There are some issue to resolved" ** They serve unhealthy food and provide no entertainment.

There are many cons to note about this company. Here is the major one that will concern you. CEO of this company (𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐨𝐧) is a pure cheater and liar. He doesn't have any sorts of class. He doesn't have any shame. Most of the time he doesn't want to give offer letter to employees in the time of joining. This CEO target few employees to join in here, then he doesn't pay for month after mother by showing very inappropriate excuses. And then being compelled, these victims shift to somewhere else. Then he again hires new employees (new victims). This is his main focus. He keeps continuing this process. The victims in here are these employees.
