      Pros

      Five Rivers actually cares about their people. Managers are interested in both you as a person and you as a productive employee. The best people I have ever worked with and for.

      Cons

      The work can be hard and there can be long hours. This is production agriculture. Animals depend on us to be safe, fed, and healthy so days don't always go as planned.

      Able to coach and guide new hires to be apart of a successful team.

      Cons

      Will have to work weekends and early hours.

      -plenty of on-the-job training and instruction when necessary -fair managers -opportunity to work for a very successful company that takes pride in their work and appreciates their employees -good morale overall, a community of workers that take care of one another

      Cons

      -potentially long hours, although I saw that as a pro
