      Pros

      Great coworkers and a collaborative team culture. Many people genuinely care about doing quality work and supporting clients. Opportunities to work on a variety of interesting projects and build new skills. Leadership trusts employees to manage their work and there is strong technical expertise across the company.

      Workloads can be heavy and expectations often feel unrealistic, which can lead to stress and burnout. Limited flexibility when dealing with personal or health challenges. Communication and consistency between teams and management can vary. Processes sometimes feel reactive rather than proactive, making it hard to plan ahead.
