Business outlook
Pros
-You'll always be able to learn and grow -Super cool staff -Overall great company atmosphere -Competitive pay, for Missoula -Involved leadership -They won't sign just any company so, even though you'll have to deal with some normal customer service/MSP woes, it's usually a decent company with decent staff to work with. -Projects department is 10/10
Cons
-Somewhat frequently overwhelming workload, in my experience -Not a lot of PTO or holidays -Could pay better but, it's Missoula, and they pay better than most employers in the area -(For the Projects department specifically) I love driving all over MT, and do it regularly just for fun but, I did get burnt out on driving a ton in winter conditions
