Pros

At first you feel important. Training staff was very friendly, but over states the level of growth, pay, opportunity, and culture.

Cons

No room for growth. The environment is completely conservative. Pay was overstated, raises are non-existent, and the culture completely lacks. The training facility is in a strip mall, from day one, I wish I would of known this reflects how conservative upper management is with keeping money to themselves.

Pros

Great training and understanding of many departments. Exceptional service training

Cons

BM and ABM seem to constantly be hired from outside and never fit for the job- many existing employees are more qualified yet never promoted- too often the BM and ABM positions seem to get away with anything, while their employees do all the leg work, and they then take the credit(not all managers but too many)

Pros

There are no "pros", benefits are garbage, and the pay they offer can be given at any other bank these days.

Cons

- Everything is on your plate in a management position and no help, direction, or guidance from the top to support you in any shape or form - People that have been in their positions there for years still have no clue of what they are doing - Training did not help at all, you learned on the job, and that typically came across as making errors and someone coming down on you for it. You would get a call with someone chewing you out over something, and there are people in that company that just love to throw others under the bus. - There is no teamwork among departments, everyone there seems like you are bothering them when you reach out for help - They are still light years away with their processes and technology compared to the industry
