Pros
This is one of the best jobs I've ever had. The work is challenging, and it's an environment that really rewards top performers. It's a very fast paced start-up and not for employees who are looking to just coast. It's been very rewarding to see how much the company has grown since I started. To me, being at a women led company means so much as I have only ever worked for men in the past. Negative reviews of the company are likely from people who were let go or who are not succeeding in their role. The team is wonderful, almost like a family. There are people on this team that have become my close friends. I feel closer to people in this company than at other companies where I have worked in person.
Cons
It is a ton of work. The pipeline of companies we work with is very large and it is sometimes hard to keep up. I wish the team would hire faster to keep up with demand.
