Pros

Great for learning and kick start your career, that’s it. One of the most underpaying co-operatives in NZ

Cons

Some senior level leaders can be very rude and looking down at you. Promotions or opportunities are based on personal connection rather than skills and qualifications. They think Farmlands is their own company or a mortgage.

Lots to learn & many different career paths available 365 is a good building block for a solid back & front end system.

Cons

Training has been slashed & restructure is shambles - understaffed & overworked - processes for ordering changes week to week.

No respect for their experienced people. Prefer to listen to consultants who cycle through the revolving door offering little value.
