Nothing good to add other than a nice office.

Cons

Toxic work culture where bad behaviour is supported. This also comes from the top. They do not care about your mental health. They will make you work to the bone without any flexibility. Most managers are men and is a male dominated organisation. HR, senior executives are the worst people imaginable.
