This Is a Bad Place to Work At. Don't Come Here !!

Sorry there are no best reasons to work at this god-forsaken place!

Cons

Micromanaging, high turnover rate, management gossip about staff in front of other staff members. Yes it is woman owned but she does not care about her employees. There is a vp there who has a monster personality, profanity is used, inappropriate touching, sexual harassment, the place is dirty, small, the floors are dirty and dusty, the restroom is nasty and smells bad, the culture is sick and dysfunctional, bullying by management, a general fakeness among the older staff members, raises are peanuts, no bonuses, no incentives, oppression, depression, and dysfunction....

Initial Contact was great. Follow through was good, but then put on assignment and dropped.

Cons

Once on assignment, no support for employee. I was hoping that this firm would be different from other agencies. They tell you that they are there to support you,but, it is the client who matters. I get that. It is the bottom line that matters, but I was hoping for better. Then they simply drop you , if you want out. The calls cease, even tho I was told that they would find something else for me. Not a phone call, nothing, very disappointed!!!
