Working here has been really tough. There’s no work-life balance, and overtime often drags late into the night. The salary is low, and management struggles with communication. Departments feel disconnected, making it chaotic. I had a frustrating experience when I requested a day off for my graduation ceremony, only to have it changed last minute. This seems to happen often. Even choosing days off is tricky, as management tends to adjust them without notice. Also, the workload is heavy, and many employees feel overwhelmed, constantly shifting between stores due to staff shortages. I can’t recommend this job. It’ll waste your time.

every day OT is normal. no WFH (never will have), Chinese culture to the max, all commnication in simlified chinese. top down management style, be ready to OT until at least 7pm minimum (must start at 9am)
