      Terrible new ownership.

      Pros

      Sneak peeks at new team logos/movie graphics.

      Cons

      New ownership is completely out of touch with the business and its employees and partners. Only interested in trying to maximize profit, they've done it at the expense of employees, customer service, and partnerships. If not for the pandemic they would have already failed. One look at the comments left on all their social media posts reveal how the new operation is effecting the client base.

      Pros

      Fun work environment and workspace. Excellent benefits and perks. Culture has the framework to be great if it is executed well by acting leadership.

      Cons

      All of the real leadership is gone. Direction keeps changing year after year. Team members are scared and unhappy. Not stable. Newer leaders are extremely inexperienced and don't invest in their team in the way previous leaders did.

      Pros

      Benefits were amazing. Great workspace and location. Walking distance from many nice restaurants, shops, park. Big windows to bring in a lot of natural lighting!

      Cons

      Majority of leadership are clueless as to what their team members are capable of doing and some are completely incapable of covering their employee's position, if for example someone quits, is on an extended leave, etc. Leadership easily feels threatened by younger employees and then they're gone. Too much drama.
