Pros

The CEO & COO are polite.

Cons

1. Salary NEVER on time, always late. 2. ZERO Job security. Anyone fired anytime. 3. Demotivated staff, everyday work under fear of losing job. 4. CRAZY politics, treat employees like machine. 5. Very long work hours, no overtime pay, no Comp Off. 6. Hiring on 365 days as people keep leaving. 7. Solution to all problem- fire employee. 8. HR incompetent, behave like child. 9. Write fake reviews to fool people

In our neutral standpoint - the feedback given is very lopsided and several points like salaries always late, zero job security etc are factually incorrect. For a rapidly growing company, there is very little room for politics and we are not management heavy. Our attrition is well on the lower side in comparison to our peers in the same product space. Pros

Learning opportunities, flat hierarchy. Approachable management

Cons

We are not been given our 50% salary since more than a year. When we asked our HR she says we will pay but we haven't received anything yet. They put us on 4-5 projects and force us to work 18 hours a day and Saturdays and Sundays too. Without overtime and comp offs. I can't even leave because they are not paid my dues People who left the organisation they not got their dues since more than a year. Seriously do not join this organisation

good for 0-3 years fresher , learning new skills ( for IT and NON-IT profiles ) .

Cons

above 3-10 years of exp people . WORST place to work , HR , Account department work as a small independent kingdom , CEOs is Vision less , --all projects on personal contacts NOT on own technical team expertise . ----Very confused management . ---Give sweet assurances to clients & in house teams . --- UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR by CEO , HR & ACCOUNTS team , ---- past employees complain salary, dues, etc is NEVER settled until you push .
