Pros

Promising policies such as unlimited sick leave and an open culture on paper.

Cons

Inspired by a similar review to capture shared experiences... Very high level of micromanagement, especially in the tech department. Stressful work culture with unrealistic expectations and pressure to work tirelessly. Contradiction between promised open culture and actual managerial behavior. Interrogation and lack of empathy from management, particularly from the lower level of cto position. High turnover rates indicate deeper issues that need attention from the founders and leadership team. Despite expectations of startup-level commitment, excessive micromanagement undermines opportunities for employees to prove themselves in this environment

Pros

If you are a fresher or starter then it is a good place for you to start with because you might work in roles of multiple shoes and eventually learn a lot specially about marketing and stuff

Cons

1. Favouritism is the only way you will ever get recognition. 2. There are only few favourites in each department who are talked about and others go unnoticed. 3. TL’s have started thinking of themselves as most superior beings, and would get indulge in all the hot gossips other than helping there team. 4. Blame game is on top, everyone within the team keeps on putting blame on the people at lower position. 5. If you are taking a leave, it is not a leave at all because your clients will keep on calling, and if you do not pickup the calls then you have to be answerable to your team again then why did u not picked the call? So no point taking leaves 6. Poor work life balance. And no one will take stand for you ever, you need to have your own back.
