      Pros

      Good learning for freshers and juniors

      Cons

      No growth for seniors. High politics. One man dictatorship - Senthil CFO, other middle and higher management members in offshore are simply puppets of the drama written for them. No productive decisions taken. No streamlined policies, even the new policies implemented recently after the onshore team visit in March 2023 are for name sake - Employees are blocked not to use them. eg) WFH policy from march /april 2023.

      Nothing is Pro here! All other positive comments on this company are written by the HR team. This is one of their job in their worthless lives!!!

      Cons

      Management here rules the company, the stare at girls even the married managers have asked the junior level programmer girls to marry them! FC is the over-all incharge for the offshore development center and he is the boss of this pervert team. The HR team and the Admin team guys does the pimp job to the managers. I was affected to this directly as FC texted me and cornered me to flirt with him that I've to leave this company immediately.

      Pros

      The collaborative working environment, facilities are very good with a good talent in the offices. Coming to work here is amazing!! There is so much to learn from each Excelite . Hard work and dedication all round. Great company culture as a whole.

      Cons

      The interviews are quite tough, and most of the time, employees are working their minds off. But yes, obviously to achieve something great! Not too many cons to offer.
