Pros

Exposure to multiple clients and the chance to learn different aspects of the business. Creative and talented colleagues who care about their work. Flexible remote/hybrid work options help with day-to-day balance. Very nice people and incredibly smart colleagues.

Cons

Major disconnect between leadership and the teams. High workload and fast pace can lead to burnout, especially during peak periods. Instead of taking accountability, leadership blames the employees, which leads to many unhappy employees that tend to take it out on others. Benefits and perks are poor compared to other agencies. Compensation is typically 20-30% below true market value. Career growth paths are not clearly defined, which can cause stagnation.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Creating an environment where no one feels stretched too thin is essential to us, and it’s something we continue to focus on as we grow. The last couple of years have been a time of both growth and change for us, and this means we need to evolve how we work. We’re making several key changes, including adding senior roles in operations and finance, and adopting new tools to help with resourcing and workload planning, all aimed at creating more balance and stability for our team. Striking the right balance between change and consistency is always a journey, but we’re confident the steps we’re taking will continue to improve the employee experience and set us up for sustainable growth. We truly appreciate your insight and wish you the best in your career. — The Envisionit Team

Pros

The colleagues you work with are genuinely fantastic, fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork. At first glance, the company culture also seems positive and inviting, creating a good initial impression. However, beyond these aspects, there are significant areas for improvement that need attention.

Cons

The organization suffers from a significant lack of standardized processes, which creates unnecessary inefficiencies and confusion. There are no project management tools in place—everything is handled manually, leading to disorganization and difficulty tracking progress. While management may claim to promote work-life balance and discourage late hours, the reality often contradicts this, as late nights become the norm to meet unrealistic demands. Leadership appears disconnected from the day-to-day operations, lacking a clear understanding of the challenges employees face. Client needs are consistently prioritized over employee well-being, creating an unsustainable work environment. During the hiring process, the company presents an overly idealistic picture, but once you are fully immersed in the workload, you’ll often find yourself tasked with the impossible. To make matters worse, the efforts you put in rarely feel appreciated or valued, leaving you demoralized and unsupported.
