Pros
Freshers gets lots of good projects to learn. Very good food at very small cost. If you're unmarried, it's the best place for you. You get 3 times good food (even on weekends!) for less than 1k per month. Go to your room just for sleeping. Good hike from 1 to 4 years of experience. You won't get such hikes in some other company (considering the initial salary and that you didn't switch) There's no much process involved in speaking to anyone in the company. Everyone is directly approachable. Ofcourse, because company is about 150 employees. Most of the managers are easily reachable and are good.
Cons
HR department is a joke here. Their work is just to send mails as directed by management. No transparency at all. They might just cut your salary if they want. You won't even get notified in a mail, even after the salary cut! You won't get a response even if you ask (because of the first point). Management just focuses on making money. They don't want to improve the work environment and infrastructure. They don't want to expand. It's like a start-up company even though it's more than 20 years old. Employees made to work more, by giving customers a tough timeline estimates, and pressuring the employee to finish it. Most of the time employees will be at recieving end for getting scolded by customers. Management sits silent. They just want payment by customer. No work life balance. You'll be just living in the office premises for more than 16 hours a day, most of the times, all 7 days a week (Benefit is you just need a bed in your room though.) No other employee benefits. Less salary till 2 years of experience. Salary structure is very bad. No scope for tax saving. Few managers are worst (may be same across all the companies)
