      Weekend work is common, sometimes need to work late night which affects work-life balance. Poor management

      Pros

      A amazing workplace to work for engineers to learn and get opportunity to work on real products and deal with clients. i got to work with the CEO, CTO and Director who inculcated not just technical knowledge but also how to look at a business that benefits society and values ethics and is driven by vision.
