Not having a plan o gram; being able to do visuals on our own and use our knowledge of our business to merchandise the store. Cons
There is absolutely no work/home life balance. It can be very exhausting trying to recruit for lower level positions due to the low pay and lack of support from field leadership. Home office was very unorganized and there was always an issue or delay when looking for a response from HR or anyone at corporate. There also was a major lack of communication between upper management and the stores. There was no consistancy which made the team members very upset and confused when it came to expectations. There are not clear guidelines but management and stores still get reprimanded and have bad visits from field leadership regardless. There is an open door policy but that's not actually the case. You cannot express your opinions or concerns because field leadership doesn't want to hear it.
