The memory of what used to be. Being able to count on the day to day support of coworkers, who are in the same sinking boat.
Cons
An increasingly irresponsible company when it comes to spending and the loss of great coworkers that has resulted. A CEO that does not practice what he preaches. It is all surface. People no longer matter to this company. An all-in marketing campaign that has turned the fun and quirky eyebobs into Generic Eyewear Company X. A failing retail side of the business due to a poor business model from the start. Is anyone actually happy that works in the stores?!
