My intern supervisor was fantastic as was her immediate team, there were fun events to engage with coworkers and people in the industry

No interaction outside of 2-3 people, not a cohesive work environment, staff feel overworked and unhappy which leads to high turnover which I noticed immediately, no room to advance, could be catty

Good work environment, colleagues, and brands, depending on which brand/group you work in

Lack of salary progression and ambition
