      Work from home could be a benefit for some

      Cons

      This company is so disorganized it is astonishing. Upper management is incapable of making a decision and following through. It is a hostile work environment in the TEXAS region. It is not about knowledge it's about bending over for management. Training is non-existent for staff and it's learn as you go.

      You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
