It became painfully evident that the CEO, far from being a sales leader, was merely attempting to cover up their inadequacies with these manipulative and self-serving maneuvers. This unethical approach not only tarnishes the company's reputation but also leaves employees and customers alike as collateral damage in the wake of the founder's misguided attempts to hide their own shortcomings.
