As an executive, I can say unequivocally, upper management is driven by a desire to provide the best experience possible for our customers, which includes a stable, reliable platform that is constantly being improved with unique DataXu innovations. We don’t view either as all or nothing and strive to balance what you see as competing desires.
DataXu experiences average voluntary attrition for our industry, and we are always looking for ways to attract and keep our best talent here at DataXu; in fact, we promoted more than 12% of our global workforce in 2015 alone. We’ve also launched a totally revamped manager training experience in 2015 that continues to evolve today, and have experienced excellent feedback and results.
